Most patients believe that insomnia is not a disease, and a considerable number of people take sleeping pills indiscriminately on their own, causing serious drug dependence. Experts say that sleep problems are a general disease, and we should seek medical advice as soon as possible to find out the cause of insomnia and prescribe the right medicine.
