Dreams are an expression of desire

Dreams are the fulfillment of wishes, which is a relatively popular explanation for the generation of dreams. But according to scientific theory, the things that happen in dreams are not logical. So how do dreams come about? Is there a relationship between dreams and our reality? Dreams are mysterious, in which we are omnipotent and fearless, but when we wake up from them, we seem to have nothing more, because dreams are the manifestation of our desires in real life. Dream is the main carrier of the release of desire, but also a kind of alternative expression of desire. The desire in reality is expressed in the dream in an illusory form to satisfy people's pursuit of some coveted things, so the generation of dreams is also the manifestation of subconscious breaking through psychological barriers. In the dream, we are omnipotent and have a powerful power to satisfy our own selfish desires, so because of the influence of energy, we will exist in the heart of the dark selfish thoughts, frank and honest, clean expression. But what you do in your dreams doesn't represent who you are in reality, so it's not who you really are.

A psychologist once said that the reason why we dream is that the brain uses some possible events to rehearse dreams under the control of independent consciousness. So our dreams are also divided into many types, there are nightmares, there are dreams and so on. Nightmares and dreams are rehearsed by the brain. However, this exercise is also related to our underlying consciousness, and the brain will first rehearse some possible events and coping ways in the dream to facilitate the response to some similar situations in real life. So generally speaking, the occurrence of dreams has a certain correlation with reality. The expression of desire in dreams is because the consciousness existing in the mind or mind emerges on the surface of the embodiment, and with the help of the dream scene, select a variety of images to satisfy themselves, so this is also the formation of dreams.

Dreams are representations of desire, substitutes for reality. Many people feel their desires through dreams, so many people are addicted to dreams, and over time they will confuse dreams with reality. This is related to our psychological endurance, when some things happen in life beyond our tolerance, we will selectively escape, and use the power of dreams to eliminate that pressure.
