Strange dream

These dreams tend to recur. The dreamer dreams that he is in a deja vu environment. Sometimes, the scene in the dream, you even feel that you have never been to the reality, but in the dream, you often appear.

Such dreams are often distortions of childhood memories that have left a deep impression on your subconscious mind. It could be some pleasant childhood experience, or it could be a sad experience, depending on your emotions when you dream about the situation.

If it is the former, in the dream you feel physically and mentally happy and extremely relaxed in that environment, it is a reproduction of the pleasant experience of the body, and it is the self-relaxation of the body. If it is the latter, it is a release from past anxieties. In either case, it is a beneficial self-regulation of the body.

When people fall asleep, their response to some of the regular stimuli around them will become unusually dull. However, some weak stimuli that are not perceptible during the day will be transformed into stronger signals, transmitted to the cerebral cortex, and will be strengthened in some active areas.

In such dreams, often during the day or while asleep, signals formed by subtle stimuli from some external environment are amplified in the dream, thus evoking an important memory buried in the subconscious.

In fact, in your consciousness, this memory may have long been blurred, or even forgotten, and what appears in the dream is only a deformed form after subconscious processing. Therefore, in a dream, you will feel that the environment, people and things you dream of are 'deja vu'. Have not been, but feel familiar; I don't know him, but I think I've seen him somewhere.
